A guide on how to produce toothpaste in Nigeria

Toothpaste is one of the essential commodities needed at home. Every household need toothpaste. On this article I am going to outline the step by step guide on how to produce toothpaste here in Nigeria.

The following are the ingredients needed to produce toothpaste;

      1. 4 spoons of baking soda. This ingredient is actually the tooth whitening agent.

     2. About 10 spoons of calcium carbonate. This is a stain remover.

     3. About 7 – 10 spoons of coconut oil. This is an anti-bacteria agent.

    4. Lastly, mint.

Below are the steps on how to produce toothpaste in Nigeria;

      1. Start by pouring the calcium carbonate into a container.

      2. Then you need to add baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) and mix it together.

     3. You need to add mint and then stir properly.

     4. Then you need to add coconut oil, you need to add it till you achieve the desired paste.

     5. After all these you can now pour it into a cup for use.

Another method

      1. 4 spoons of baking soda (sodium bicarbonate). This ingredient act as whitening agent.

     2. Little amount of salt.

     3.  A little amount of Hydrogen peroxide. This ingredient helps to heal sore.

     4. 10 spoons of calcium carbonate. This is a stain remover.

     5. About 7 – 10 spoons of coconut oil. This is an anti-bacteria agent.

     6. Lastly, mint.
